  1. Question: I was trying to make a perfectly circular orbit around Kerbal at 100,000 m altitude. As I was approaching the number for both "Ap" and "Pe" it started to behave a bit wierd. It seems as though "Ap" and "Pe" were drifting (see "Apsidal precession"). What's behind this phenomenon? Is it a matter of rounding errors or some kind of tidal effect due to lunar influense? I mean, the phenomenon does seem to disappear at higher excentricity.
