  2. According to Chris Martenson, shots 1-8 were mere most likely from Crooks, shot 9 was from a local ESU agent and shot 10 from a secret service sniper. Note that while shot 9 caused Crooks to halt the shooting, the killing shot by the secret service sniper was much later (26 seconds after the first shot was fired). This is often overlooked, leading to the misconception that Crooks was killed immediately after firing the shots.
