  3. NV GOP already said they were filing suit no matter the outcome because of the shifty laws that the dem legislature passed that didnt met the quorum requirements.

  4.  @gordoeinstein  Or like Nevada where the dem led legislature made law and dem gov signed it without the required quorum as mandated by the state Constitution. Anything to win dems are always at their games.
