  1. Live in Kirkland, new houses are selling for $1.2M now. Used to live in a condo. The problem was the wives would force their husbands into voting for such things as painting the basement's concrete floor with epoxy paint. I told them that that would be a big mistake. They said it make the concrete floor would look nicer. After the floor was painted owners where then complaining about how slippery the floor was when it got wet. After the paint started to wear they complained how bad the floor looked.
