  1. I last shopped at Nordies about 25 years ago when I bought a pair of Rockport shoes in my standard 12D size. After a month they were still very uncomfortable to wear. I went to the Bellevue Square store and asked for a refund or the next larger size shoe. I talked with the shoe department manager and he said that they would not do either option. Their reputation for customer service is so much BS. I wrote off Nordstroms at that point in time and have never been back.
