  4. Unlikely. He didn't cause enough damage. Mostly because the people around him were smart enough not to let him.

  5. But shutting it down without any consideration what to do with the people was a horrible, horrible decisions, short sighted and completely out of touch with the realities of the economy. The UK still struggles in those areas with the lack of any perspective for the people, leading to high unemployment, high crime and a general distrust of government. And that is the LAST thing we need now.
