  1.  @eco_logic  Might? Putin declared that all private armies are to be put under Russian military control and the Wagner chieftain already said he won't comply.

  2.  @eco_logic  What's the alternative? If a country issues a law and you say "screw you", the country has two options, either hit you with the law and if need be executive power or admit that it is powerless to execute its own laws.
