  3.  @sammyinbrooklyn  Winter tires or studded? Because I can see studded, yeah, (they're illegal here in must circumstances too) but Winter tires? For the record, when we talk about "Winter tires" we generally don't mean studded, we mean tires with deeper and differently angled grooves and a rubber formula that is more adapt to stay softer in lower temperatures.
