  1. Because unlike what the SUN reports here, this is rocket artillery, not anti-air missiles. These things fire and approximately 40-120 seconds later, depending on distance and trajectory, these rockets will hit the ground. Based on the trajectory, the recipient of that "present" can calculate where they came from and answer in kind. This is why it's recommended to no longer be there when the answer arrives.
