  1. Vietnam is a great example why politicians should run countries and military should fight war. If the military runs a country, you end up with a junta. If the politicians run a war, you end up with something like the Vietnam war.

  5.  @randydellinger2996  Had Eisenhower greenlit Vulture it would have been vastly different. Ok, hindsight is 20/20 and I generally think Eisenhower was one of the best president the US had after the war, if not the best, but not intervening in Dien Bien Phu was a mistake.
