  1. 300-500 USD/EUR for an apartment in Tokyo? My question would just be, are they for students only or can you actually get one as a "normal" worker, too? Compared to my first apartment, they are incredibly spacious (not as big, but certainly with some better room arrangement. And cheaper too. They are clean, they have their own toilet, own shower, even own laundry machine and (at least for the higher-priced ones) own kitchen. Why would you NOT want one?
