I don't know... Andrew Johnson was pretty much a disaster as well; not only was he a racist and sympathetic to the Southern planter aristocracy, but he was also a drinker and seemed to give his inauguration speech while drunk... and was also impeached. so that's one who was at least as bad... give Harding a look, and also those goofballs who preceded Lincoln.
