@stevechance150 - I would like to have seen the Colossus of Rhodes, since we're on the subject. I think the wonders of the modern world (MY VERSION) are companies that grow from acorns to massive oaks & you own a stake in them; it's one of the wonderful benefits of capitalism. They're fairly rare, but not that rare. Passive income, as per Galloway, is not easy peasy. I've had huge losses from investments that were supposed to be "safe as houses". ALL financial assets, INCLUDING REAL ESTATE, depend on luck. Luck accounts for a huge amount of your results. Lecture over.
