Both she and her orange husband have a 4th... well okay, I'll be generous: a 5th grade command of English... it's just that, since she has a strong accent, it's even harder to make any sense of what she's trying to say than with her husband, with his word salads and his endless lies. He doesn't WANT to be understood, whereas with her, I'm not sure if she does or doesn't.
