  4. +Lo Coombs so how could a YouTuber build a career out of his videos then? from advertisement? I think advertisement is in the end more evil than subscriptions. Just like John says: you think you are not influenced by advertisement, but you are. Imagine someone putting chemicals in your food which makes you buy stuff. Everyone would be outrageous. But advertisment (which is basically the same thing) is somehow something we are used to and we think of it as normal.

  13. Do you 'talk to yourself' when you are alone? (Or when you are not alone and people ask 'Sorry what did you say' and you say 'No I was taking to myself sorry') My inner monologue usually 'feels' the same as the stuff I say when I talk to myself.

  14. If in our universe under normal circumstances someone said 'The house is on fire!', yes, than I would get up and leave. But for the metaphor about religion to work, you have to take in account that you already experienced a lot of times where someone said 'The house is on fire!' while the house was not on fire. Or that someone says 'The house is on fire!' but somebody else is outside shouting 'No, the house is not on fire, stay inside, there is a toxic gas cloud coming our way!'
