Funny how some woke people talk about 'whiteness being invisible', that it's society's default and you take it for granted, while in the mean time confirming this defaultness by using 'people of color'. Here in the Netherlands people argue that we shouldn't use our traditional word for white skin color ('blank', which means the same in English), because it sounds like it is the default skin color. We should use 'wit' (which literally means 'white'). In the mean time they promote the use of 'mensen van kleur', the Dutch translation of 'people of color'.
