Well I think you are opening up a huge can of worms with that pal? Dont get me wrong I would put messi in the top three personally but everyone has their own opinion I would say Maradona because he basically won a world cup for Argentina on his own he was a genius but there is no right or wrong answer to the question of best ever football player ever really is there ?? 😁😁

@Geekwithnonumnum Well didn't pele score like well over a thousand goals in his career or something stupid pal? That being said quite a lot of them goals were in the south American football leagues I think no disrespect but it ain't like playing in the top European league's is it not saying he wasn't a great player but I wasn't alive when he was around tho anyway so I didn't see that much of pele besides clips of world cups but he didn't do too bad in them either to be fair to him? I Have always said Maradona if you were pushing me for an answer best player ever just because of how he single handedly won Argentina the world cup in 86 that second goal against England is ridiculous really but people forget how good he was at Napoli aswell I think in the eighties but football has changed a lot since then tho to be fair imo? regarding messi I would of liked to see him play in the premier league personally but that probably will not happen now tho anyway m8 ?? 🤣🤣

@chillaxboi2109 I know that pal I was talking about Pele being regarded as the best player of all time that's all I never mentioned all the other Brazilian players of that era I mean it's obvious that they were all good just look at the amount of world cups they all won but pele never played In the main European league's did he that's all I was saying really? I think you need to calm down a bit lad or chillax a bit anyway you don't come across as very chilled by calling me dumb and putting words in my mouth ?? 😂😂

@chillaxboi2109 well how far are you going back here pal? I do take your point that the premier league today is far more competitive than it was in the sixties and seventies ie division one but if them league's in South America were definitely better then how come none of the great players that played in the UK at that time scored a thousand goals like pele did then? so I beg to differ on that to be honest I ain't saying pele wasn't world class player or he would've of scored goals in the UK at that time but there were plenty of quality players playing in the UK around that era wasn't there like bobby moore, bobby charlton, jimmy greaves best Stanley Matthew's and tom finney they were all quite good players to put it lightly imo regardless of the standard of the league surely ??

@chillaxboi2109 wow Thats a lot to take in pal? I agree Yes physicality was a huge part of football the further you go back that goes without saying I mean I am relatively young aswell I wasn't alive in the sixties and seventies but I have some football knowledge of the great players of that time tho that's all I meant I mean you must have heard of the players I mentioned surely?? I am unsure of your age but I personally think as great a league as the premier league actually is now I hate it personally when people kind of disregard certain football teams of the eighties that wasn't that long before the inception of the premier league but there were some great English club teams around in that era liverpool Nottingham forest a villa I support liverpool and as good as a team as we have now it's nowhere near as good as the team we had in the eighties it doesn't even come close really m8 imo I mean four European cups in six seasons is ridiculous in any era and forest won two which is unbelievable really it would never happen today because of money sadly I don't know If agree with me or not on that anyway?? I do however agree with youbabout the Italian teams in the nineties in Europe tho they were very successful in Europe at that time that is facts I don't think style of play is too relevant when you win a champions league personally speaking anyway became the record books will still say they won it and that's what counts most imo again that is if you were crediting the Italian clubs anyway??
1
@chillaxboi2109 no worries pal do you agree with me about liverpool then out of interest?? I mean don't get me wrong it's harder to win the champions league in its current format than it was when we won four in six seasons having said that you have to be a pretty good side- manager to win four European cups in six seasons

@chillaxboi2109 yes pal I think we are in quite good hands under klopp to say the least no doubt about it I agree it is disrespectful to disregard the other top teams in Europe now tho like real Madrid bayern Munich for example but not many people thought the CL final wouldn't be liverpool vs m city last season but real Madrid had other ideas tho didn't they? as you said history still counts for a lot in football and it always will imo I mean clearly the money helps for certain clubs that goes without saying I was kind of happy we played real Madrid in the final and not city actually m8 because the thought of us losing a champions league final against them kind of turns my stomach really 🤣 not that I was happy with the outcome against real either obviously but you take my point tho right??

@Larry4life I think you think like me a bit actually pal re messi? I totally get where you are coming from because I thought messi would never leave Barcelona from a nostalgic point ot view full stop but money talks ? Dont get me wrong I ain't having a go at messi they literally couldn't offer him any more money or any money they were talking about him signing a contract to play for free at one point which was a ridiculous scenario for Barcelona to be in really really😂 I just think it's sad that they wasted all that money on players and they basically took messi for granted because he was always loyal to them and the situation then panned out the way it did basically? I mean obviously in the French league he was always going show his quality eventually even tho he did struggle there sometimes at the start the problem is they bought him in to make the difference in the champions league because they ligue 1 every year anyway but he ain't as good as he was around ten years ago that's pretty obvious really even the biggest messi fan boys would have to admit that wouldn't they? I don't think he is the best player at PSG actually right now anyway that's mbappe for me but it's all opinion m8 I would of liked to see messi come to the premier league when he left Barcelona actually but it didn't happen tho ??
