  7.  @SoundsBogus  They certianly can appear to have different facial structure, It can be more swollen or gaunt, it depends. Where did you see these picture and how do you know how tall he is? Ive seen dozens of pictures and I couldnt tell you how tall he is? You sound like you knew the guy personally.
