Yeah right, every small business owner I know wont hire anyone under 30 because of the utter ineptitude and fragility. Its just too risky to hire and train only for them to just stop showing up because they needed a mental health day.

@greatscott369 Yeah I have a couple worth schooling I keep in touch with. It really just boils down to they dont have any focus, and are too easily distracted. Thats why most of them arent good at anything.
