they are private companies that can do what they want. I disagree with the ban, but they didnt do anything illegal so they cant be sued.

@iandevo6442 Im optimistic about this because this needed to happen to someone like Tate, because he can truly do something about it. Tate is the kind of man who knows how to turn lemons into lemonade. I think hes gonna come back even stronger because of this.

@stefo0411 i totally agree with you but you cant sue a private company for banning you. No one has the right to use a companies product or platform. Its extremely lame but not illegal so he cant sue them. They didnt break any laws.

@MK-hw2ir Perhaps those two companies are owned by Meta or another corporation that banned him and they just banned him on every company they own.

@franc77 i couldnt agree more. People like Tate are going to have to start their own platforms. Thats the only way to defeat this.

@iandevo6442 "Laws are subjective and open to interpretation" Actually there are subjective and objective laws "so don’t be so sure things don’t change as times pass." Thats definitely true but thats no the answer. Starting a platform that truly embraces free speech is the only real recourse, which Tate can afford to do

@xXTheRoyalTurkXx well for one YOU didnt mention British you just said banks. Second I wouldnt be surprised if British Banks have a similar insurance program. Perhaps you shouldve been more specific with your comment.
