  2. I agree I live in Arabi and I never drive through the quarter its just too frustrating, especially for big events like the Super Bowl and Mardi Gras. Theres way more traffic on the roads than even a few years ago.

  3. They obey the police over security because the police can write tickets and arrest you. We need more police, the mayor cut the force from 1200 to 900 when she got into office and we are seeing the consequences from that.
