  2. It depends on where you live. My house value only went up around 10% in the suburbs. If you live in the city Im sure its more, so 20% is pretty accurate.

  9.  @kirbyeakin  Sugar cane, Strawberrries and Creole Tomatoes are grown in the surrounding areas. I live in the suburbs or whats known as the greater New Orleans area. I would never live in the city, its too expensive. Its not scary as long as you dont go to the rough areas like every other city in the world.
