  4.  @aldeno8055  Im against the "devout observance" to HIPAA, not HIPAA per se. We could all make up scenarios but a Dr simply seeing the records is not a violation. If it was leaked to the public then youd have a point. Thats completely different. "The issue I have with people now js that they are more concerned with appearing to be morally righteous rather than doing the right thing" Precisely and pretending a Dr seeing a non patients records is a violation is exactly that. Well said my friend.

  8. I like Warren but he didnt get fired for critical thinking, he was fired for not following their rules about uploading videos. The irony is that if you used critical thinking you wouldnt have come to your conclusion.
