@aldeno8055 Im against the "devout observance" to HIPAA, not HIPAA per se. We could all make up scenarios but a Dr simply seeing the records is not a violation. If it was leaked to the public then youd have a point. Thats completely different. "The issue I have with people now js that they are more concerned with appearing to be morally righteous rather than doing the right thing" Precisely and pretending a Dr seeing a non patients records is a violation is exactly that. Well said my friend.

@Individual_Lives_Matter Obviously Aldeno is more of a bureaucrat than a doctor or healer. As long as he follows the rules is what matters most, not the results.
