  5.  @elaraasteroid6596  He says he made the offer to see if the numbers were inflated, but no one knows for sure why he did it. He evidently didnt realize that the offer was a legally binding offer that he now had to follow through on. Thats why I think he was high because he should know better. Not only that but he had to sell stock and take any loan he could get to complete the purchase.
