  2. Well the dont have to adhere to the 1A if they are private company. The real crux of the issue, I believe, is that they are essentially a monopoly and operate more like a utility. Therefore Facebook would have to adhere to the 1A if they were deemed as a utility, like the power companies. The power company cant cut you off if they dont like your opinion.
