@Nerobyrne Now that you put it that way and I re-watched the video, and I see your point. The problem is still though the fact that you CAN"T control other people, most people have hard enough time controlling themselves. Even though I DO NOW concede this is a scam, my advice is still the same.

Wishing the price of something to go down is a waste, focus on making more money so you can afford the rent or move.

@pebblepod30 The better one is to stop wishing things out of your control to change. The best bet would be for you to earn more money or just move to another place.

@pebblepod30 How on earth are you reading all that in to my comment? I can see why you are so far from the reality of the situation. All I'm suggesting is that YOU are the only person you can control so what can YOU do to improve your income? Several things but complaining about what other people are charging for their building is just foolish.

@pebblepod30 Here's the beauty of my advice, it doesn't matter if its a scam or not. If you buy property like a responsible adult your life will only improve but you'll have one less thing to complain about and from reading your comments Id say is your primary interest in life.

@Nerobyrne I couldn't agree more. I just know that in my experience, and I'm in my mid 40s, that when you add other people to an issue you complicate that very issue dramatically. Thats why I just work on bettering myself and my son's life and nothing else. Again the beauty of my approach is that when I improve my life, I improve the lives of those around me and thats all we can do really. While I see your point I'm not so sure you see mine.

@pebblepod30 Are you sure you're replying to the right person? Earn more or leave is exactly what I'm saying. Whats gives the right to tell someone else what they can charge something they own? Times change and neighborhoods change if you don't want to pay the price of rent then buy a house and you will never pay rent again. Problem solved and now you own a home, that a win/win!
