  18.  @trumanbase  Not logical to YOU. It makes perfect sense to me. I love how you think you are better at judging a situation better than the highly educated and experienced Judge in the matter. Hopefully the absurdity of that alone will have you questioning your view on this. Comparing charges and the punishment for those charges is a futile endeavor, no 2 cases are ever the exact same. I commend the judge for making an example out of this, the kid needed to be taught a lesson because that behavior is a harbinger of more criminal behavior in the future. Also he wasn't showing personal responsibility by turning himself in, he was cutting his losses.

  19.  @trumanbase  I didn't say I was highly educated, the Judge in the matter is the highly educated person. You know with his finishing law school and stuff he is highly educated. Plenty people have access to $500k. What you or I consider to be exorbitant is rather subjective. You keep repeating that as if its a fact.
