@edmurth Thats my own deduction. People dont have to quit things they can handle. Why not just use it less instead of having to quit? Its typical all or nothing addict behavior.

@edmurth What weakness? I can easily handle social media, I didnt have to quit to maintain my sanity. The people who have to quit are the ones with the weakness. Perhaps you are the one projecting weakness here.
