  2.  @stephaniejacks-r6v  Nepotism is not that common, especially in the more competitive jobs. Im 47 and up until recently the most important thing was experience and proof of skills, which is what college and trade schools are for. Now diversity quotas undermine those factors and we are seeing the fallout.
