  5.  @bobtwista  I understand where you get that idea but its just not true. Lets say its is though for arguments sake. Reparations are not one lump sum, they are much like a lottery prize or a trust fund where they are given out as an annual check for a set number of years. The details of how its handed out are less important than the the reality of "easy come, easy go." If you dont earn the money with hard work you dont value the money. Look at how people used the stimulus checks, for a more recent example.
