@andrewh88 Its not control if they can be avoided. Toll bridges and roads usually can be avoided by going another way. Parking garages can be avoided by finding a spot on the street somewhere. Those fees are for convenience and not a requirement.

@daddydubs4349 The MTA doesnt need more money, they need to spend what they have more responsibly. If the MTA really needs more money, increase the fare to ride it. Why should people who dont use the subway pay for those who ride the subway?

@daddydubs4349 I live in a suburb of New Orleans so I need a car. I wish I lived close enough to work to ride my bike. I ride my bmx daily and I dont see where its unsafe at all. Everything is too expensive I cant argue with that.
