Most of the laws have historically been made by men as also the ridiculous religious rules. That is why women have been selectively oppressed and forced to follow stupid diktats issued by chauvinists. As far as judgements are concerned we have seen many blunders and bloopers emanating from our so called brilliant arbiters of justice who are after all only as sensible as their intelligence, education and wisdom permits. You only have to cast a look at dictatorial nations to understand the law and order situation.
