  1. To be very honest it's all about evolution especially in mountainous terrain where there is a movement of water and consequently earth. To compound it , the town was built expeditiously on a humongous debris of previous landslides. Like Djakarta in Indonesia where the land is sinking @ 1"/year the capital has been shifted more than one thousand kilometers away. But what will happen to the millions who are staring at the rising waters?
