  1. India is not a big market for automobiles of any kind . Most of the foreign auto cos are unable to sell in double digits . To think that Tesla is going to make any sort of mark in India is a stretch of imagination ; more like a niche product with charging problems . Bottom line ,Tesla will end up like the other imported cars in the red . Our PM is imploring Musk to set up base in the country , not the other way . Maybe Ambani or Adani should develop E-autos .
