  1. I still think it's buffalo as beef in South India. All the butchers I came across had the buffalo head placed in front of their make shift shop as some souvenir......It's mostly buffalos and oxes

  2.  @multiarena2260  no temple demolished in Kerala.....There are some pockets of religious tension primarily created by sdpi and pfi.... Then to add some flavour RSS also gets in play......There are no forced conversions but there have been instances here and there as well.....One cvannot deny that either. Then there's interfaith marriages and because of patriarchy girls are to be converted into her husband's religion. Sad to say but it happens pretty much in all community....Blame patriarchy for that....
