Prove it instead of all the accusations. India did infrastructure development in Afghanistan and that part I agree. If that's what you're holding as a proxy war on Afghanistan then I have nothing more to say You can say India had soft power over Afghanistan as part of geo politics by spending on infrastructures and essentials like dams
