  5.  @TheMankingGames  ohh yeah Bimaru states have toilets. But no proper sewage system and no water though Learn from Kerala. A state that's not rich and has plethora of problems like it's always under the tthreat of Arabian sea, unemployment, 3.4 Lakh crore debt, lack of Industries mainly due to half of the state's area is covered by western ghats and rest of the area have 32 rivers and backwaters, forests, vegetation, farm lands etc. Along with that over 3.6 crore population. But each with proper housing and drinking water, electricity, toilets, sewage system etc......Also good health care system
