  3. What I fear is this going to affect all nurses. They're already stressed out with staff shortage, underpaid and overworked. In coming days or weeks if a baby who needed extra care ends up dead due to natural causes the nurses will be blamed even if they didn't have anything to do about it. That trust will be hard to get back.
