It's not decreasing.....lol....the pace of growth is slowing....It doesn't mean the population is shrinking......lmao Also the fertility rate in and around the slum areas are over 4 or 5.....The lower middle class and the poor are breeding like rats....Only the upper middle class and the upper class are having less kids.....In the future Mumbai's luxury skyscrappers will have little to no inhabitants but the lower class and the poor keep the city strained and overpopulated...... Like shown in this video the private players are not interested in housing for the poor.....
