  1. Now this can be malfunctioning infrastructure. Chinese citizens are so gullible and say they're most advanced or atleast that's what the ccp tells them but reality might be very different. With the recent floods and all natural calamities you cannot rule out malfunction. BUT knowing ccp and dictatorship of CHINA assassinating dissidents might be possible.
