  3. It was the same with communist govt, it is the same with TMC govt and it will be the same with BJP or INC govt in future......Democracy in India failed when opposition parties gained strength. Every ruling govt only cares about what to do to woo voters for the next election....And dumb voters are not concerned about waste management, public safety, conservation and maintenance of properties, inflation, unemployment, corruption etc......So why should any political party shift their focus on these issues?
