@amirkiani100 What happened in Nagaland was unfortunate and a botched ambush by security forces. Yes blame is on the Home Ministry and they accepted it and is doing the course of judicial proceedings on it. Unlike your Defense Minister who said boys do it out of emotions.... Some Defense Minister you got right there.
