  4.  @sonneyputh6503  yep and that's what led to the separation of East Pakistan and thus creating Bangladesh. Tamilians mostly speak only Tamil and Tamil Nadu as a state has gdp larger than our neighbors. I don't think linguistic diversity ever been a problem for development.
