  2. first we need stricter laws. If people are not going to act civilized on their own then it has to be enforced on them. Fear of law will make them civilized

India CANNOT harness it's population when those causing the rapid increase are from rural areas and they're only interested in 1:) burning trains to create riots in the name of army recruitment 2:) behead innocent people, stone pleting, threatening with violence in the name of religion China used it's population to be factory workers. More women into workforce Bangladesh doing the same with their textile industries having over 50% women workforce. China is a one party system and no elections. So no one will use population for vote banks. Also over 95% literacy among women Bangladesh has a dictator Sheikh Haseena and her opponents are in jail. So she was able to bring the women workforce into the textile industries thus gradually bringing the tfr down through family planning As for India? Well I can only say Rest in Peace
