  2. Rape culture in armed forces is pretty much in every single country and it goes both ways..... But can't deny the fact that women in India are subjected to brutal rape and murders very often especially in rural areas and sometimes the vulnerable and illiterates are coerced into silence. The developed nations are no better but pointing fingers is not going to solve anything
