Sister. Let me tell you this. No matter your religion or what you wear, you'll always be a target for uncivilized goons from South Asia. Only diff is in India you can easily make a rape incident into a caste or religion based violence and then politicize it for election and hate campaigns. And in Pakistan it will be supressed because of the influence of mullahs in the government. South Asia is not safe for women unless you stand up for your rights and justice. There's still pending cases of sexual assault in India. Can blame the justice system which can take over 70yrs for a normal civil case to have closure. BUT if you're brave enough to stand for your rights and seek justice then I'm sure in India you will not be isolated and you will definitely get help from good people. Our country is one billion strong and more exposure to internet medias and activists. So you will get justice one way or the other.
