Don't ask for examples. Just observe the two-party system. NY state apparently has a program that pays relatives to be care takers for their parents, grandparents, whatever. Of course the TV ads only show black families, like an unemployed young black girl caretaking for a grandmother. Or maybe has a regular job but can take a few hours out of the week or weekend to care for an elderly or disabled relative. But don't blame the blacks for managing to get the government to subsidize this. It's a creative idea, and blacks know what would work for them, whereas whitey is too stupid to think of such a program with themselves in mind and also think themselves too proud to take advantage of such a program. I don't know the name of this government caretaker program or if it's available in your state. It sounds like it would work for your situation though.
