  1. Good observations. I suppose the 20,000 figures are large enough and small enough to accommodate those on both sides of the pro and con argument. Nothing more. This allows the government to do whatever it wants behind the scenes, including bringing in mote than 20,000, which seems like a low number to me, while the people yap and watch the talk shows. The population is, after all, under mass hypnosis and trance formation in the UK
