  2.  @rogershore3128  -- But Amazon does send you email notifications, right? When I get a delivery, an email asks "How was the delivery" and I can click "Great" or "Not so great" if you click the latter, the email asks what was the problem? You can then explain. It's possible Amazon will schedule you a replacement.
